You hire the crane and operator only, who will work to your instructions and you take full responsibility. (It is the hirer's responsibility to ensure that any lift takes place in accordance with the prevailing regulations e.g. LOLER and BS7121. This means that the hirer must ensure that the lift has been properly planned and supervised.).

You the hirer are also responsible for holding valid suitable insurance cover for the following:

• Loss or damage to plant & associated equipment whilst on site.
• Loss or damage to goods being lifted.
• Legal liability arising from crane operations.

If suitable insurance cover is not held, then we do offer additional cover which is available upon request when booking your crane.
